CRM Consulting for Australian Business

We run the full CRM lifecycle for Australian teams: choosing the platform, implementing it, moving your data across, connecting the rest of your stack, then optimising and supporting it once it is live. The system gets built around how your team already sells, not the other way round.

What CRM consulting covers

Six services across the CRM lifecycle. Most teams need two or three of them, so start with the one that matches where you are now.

What a wrong CRM actually costs you

A CRM the team works around is money spent on a database nobody opens. These are the three ways it goes wrong.

01

Reps keep selling out of spreadsheets

a forecast you can’t trust

When the CRM is harder to use than a spreadsheet, the real pipeline lives in someone’s inbox and a private tab. You forecast off numbers that were already out of date when they were typed.

02

The data contradicts itself

an argument in every report

Two records for the same customer, three spellings of the same company, a close date nobody trusts. Every report starts with an argument about whose numbers are right.

03

The tools do not talk to each other

the same customer, three times over

Marketing, finance, and support each keep their own copy of the customer, so work gets re-keyed by hand and the same person exists three times over.

How we build a CRM that sticks

The outcome comes first, then the technology to support it. We design for how you sell before we configure a single field.

Map how you sell today

We sit with the people who use the system and trace a deal from first contact to closed. The CRM gets designed around that, so we are not digitising a process nobody follows.

Choose the platform on the evidence

Platform-neutral by default. We match the shortlist to how you sell and what you already run, then tell you plainly which one fits, and where a cheaper option would do.

Build it around your data model

Objects, fields, and stages drawn from how you actually sell. Data is cleaned and de-duplicated on the way in, so you start on records you can trust.

Hand it over so it holds

Role-based training and playbooks written for your team, then support once we have gone. A CRM only returns anything once people use it without being told to.

Put a number on it first

Before you spend anything, the CRM ROI calculator estimates what a system your team actually uses is worth to you. Two minutes, no sign-up.

What good looks like

When the CRM is working, you can tell without opening a report.

  • The pipeline in the CRM is the real one, because updating it is easier than avoiding it.
  • One record per customer, and every team is looking at the same one.
  • A forecast you can take to the board without a round of caveats.
  • New hires are productive in the system in days, not weeks.

CRM consulting questions

How much does CRM consulting cost?

It depends on scope. A focused Quick Start on an existing org is a different job from a full greenfield build with migration and integrations. We scope the work, then quote a fixed price for it before anything starts, so there is no open meter. Tell us what you are running and we will give you a range on the first call.

Which CRM should we use?

That is the second question, not the first. We are platform-neutral and hold certified partnerships across the major systems, so the answer comes from how you sell and what you already run. We work day to day with Salesforce, Zoho, and ClickUp, and we will still tell you if something else fits you better.

Do you work with Salesforce, Zoho, and ClickUp?

Yes. We are a certified implementation partner on the major platforms and run dedicated practices for Salesforce, Zoho, and ClickUp. The platform pages walk through how each one works and where it fits.

How long does a CRM implementation take?

A Quick Start on a clean org can be live in weeks. A full build with migration and integrations runs longer. The timeline falls out of the scope, and we commit to dates once the scope is signed off, not before.

We already have a CRM nobody uses. Can you fix it instead of replacing it?

Usually yes, and it is often the cheaper path. CRM optimisation audits what you have, cuts what is in the way, and rebuilds adoption. We only recommend replacing a platform when the one you own genuinely cannot do the job.

Tell us what you are running

Describe your CRM setup and where it slows you down. We will tell you on the first call whether we can help, and roughly what it would take.

We reply within one business day. Your details stay with us, never sold or spammed.
